Well, today was the first real challenge since I was put back on the refeed diet on Friday.
We had a family meal and went to a nice pub that we know, I was all set to order a salad, but upon reviewing the menu there wasnt a salad on there, instead I was faced with roast dinners, steak pie, pasta and more.
To my suprise, I sat there and ordered salmon with vegtables and new potatoes, it came with four new potatoes and I only eat one.
The best thing for me though, which im so suprised at, is that I havent felt hungry at all after that.
Which leads me to say that, I wont be around for a couple of weeks, as im flying to tenerife on tuesday for a couple of weeks, so I will be thinking of u all while im sitting poolside in the sunshine, sipping my pints of milk lol
