Kate when you have your desert, do you have it straight away , ie with your dinner or do you wait... as i havnt been having a desert, but it does say on my diet sheet dessert lol

To start with I couldn't do both at once infact I didn't bother with pudding until the last couple of months to start it was a bit of yoghurt after my lunch not much. Now I have a yoghurt or fruit & Greek yoghurt after tea as well. It's never much about 100g yoghurt & a few slices of tinned drained peaches etc. depending how good the protein content of my tea is affects how quickly I eat my pudding sometimes it's 20 mins or so later other times it's a few mouthfuls at a time over a few hours, other times I can eat it immediately. I use my fitness pal as you know & as I plan my tea etc to make sure I get my protein in for the day & within my 1000cal limit if I can. I use it as a guide to make sure I keep to my targets.
Hope that helps I know I'm further along than you but that's how I deal with it.

I don't usually have p.udding Rayne as I can't usually fit it in and we don't eat puddings much in our house if I'm on a diet (poor things lol) but I'd brought these strawberries in the market so had about 3 about 10 mins after my main course. They did really fill me up though and I got the foamies a bit. Think if I had a pudding again I'd leave them a while till afterwards.

Kate x

thankyou, we have never really had puddings, well its only me and my daughter... sometimes she has a choc mouse... but een when i wasnt dieting we never really had puddings... so i will carry on not having one then lol.... when i start taking my acid tab again i may take it with some yogurt so will prob have a few more spoonfulls after dinner. I only like weight watchers vanilla and the caramel ones so i will have some of that x
