NHS Card - did you take yours?

I took mine to my first appt, but since then it's been mislaid. I am supposed to take it with me when I go in tomorrow. Did anyone else (Walsall)?

Nope, I lost mine years ago. I think it is more pertinent for non-UK born patients.

Was'nt asked at for it at Sheffield but as Brunetteandred says maybe its for the non uk born patients?
