non food treats

One of the main things that the physiologist wanted me to get my head round was not thinking of food as a treat or reward, and start thinking of food as fuel.

So what are your non food rewards/treats? and what are some non food celebration ideas? :)
 
I always think it should be little things as obv you don't always have the money and then you can save for bigger things for a big goal.

So things like nail varnish, or getting a manicure, something nice for pampering bubble bath etc. A dvd if you like films. A lipstick, a magazine etc.

Then I would have bigger things like a bag or sunglasses etc for a bigger goal. But I guess it does depend what you like.
 
I definitely want clothes to celebrate getting to goal :) books, stationery and beauty stuff are always a treat but I tend to get books all the time so it doesn't feel special. I might try saving a pound for every lb?
 
So many
I want to ride my bike again , down the and along the river where I live , it's so beautiful .
I want to go swimming and not have people stare at me
Horse ride just one more time
A pair of jeans , a real pair ..
Pair of knee length boots , in leather , all squeaky and smelling like good leather
A new knee
A wolf whistle , lol
 
Definitely shoes and handbags. Not that I get a lot of time to use them as I wear scrubs Monday to Friday
