Hi folks,

Just received a letter from the surgeon saying I never turned up for an appointment on 29 November.

I never received the appointment.

I called his sevretary and she is going to get me the first appointment she can.

To say I'm livid is an understatement. I just want to cry

Cos of the holidays it will be next wednesday at the earliest before she can speak to the appointments lady

its is so horrible when you get set backs like that. i have had so many myself and know how demoralising it is. the more the secretary knows you name the easier it gets. good luck xx
