So glad I've never dumped, but I don't eat a lot of things incase it would set me off, things like cake biscuits sweets etc which isn't a bad thing

Haha I haven't recently given birth though Flick! I stick to those original rules to the letter is how I've done it. Plus I'm terrified of regain after reading long termer stories here. Keeps me focused (maybe a bit TOO focused sometimes) xx
