I dont know how I managed to miss this thread until now, and I agree, I dont think anyone would be offended by the fat bride comments as we are all in the same boat.

I too regret not losing weight for my wedding day. I got married in a size 20 dress, but actually, wrapped up in the emotion of the day I honestly never gave my weight a second thought. I do cringe when I look back at the pics though.

I'm saving really hard so that I can go back to the Maldives next year, just me and hubby to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary in the same place as we had our honeymoon.

Congratulations, that must be the only time in my life I was at my lightest 11st 7lb mind you it was 20yrs ago. Hope you get to your 10st and have the best wedding ever, good luck.
