Protein based liver reducing diet

Hi all - i started this today and wondered if anyone had any tips re getting through - is dressing absolutley not allowed? can i make free soup? any advice would be great - thanks

sorry i just did the milk and yogurt diet as having no choice in what i had was the better option for me.

I did the low fat low carb diet Not heard of the protein diet sorry

Is this the protein shakes? I have heard some surgeons go for a toal liquid protein diet before WLS surgery.
