Someone has reached – actually exceeded - their healthy goal weight…

Someone who has helped and supported many of us on this forum…

Someone who is not one to blow her own trumpet…

Someone who doesn’t moan, nor complain, but supports us when we do…

When I joined this forum, not long after this person in fact, this member was one of those whose posts I most looked forward to.

And I am delighted to congratulate her on reaching goal.

Just follow what your team say really, I still have treats etc, but I'm more sensible with them now, obviously the nearer I got to goal the slower the loss, just don't worry about it, it will happen, good luck to you, and everyone on their journey xxx
