What does it feel like ?,iv now got 6 and a half in my 10 mill band and still sticking to mushys but have got to say im not as hungry as i was, and im not eating anywhere near as much but im still unsure if thats because im on mushy stuff or if iv got a good fill lol?

on the pluss side iv dropped 5 lbs since tue lol
