Thanks Karen. Its funny but for the past few years my friend and i have said on new years eve that this is going to be our year and then nothing really exciting happens.

Well it certainly sounds like you've resigned yourself to a positive mental attitude about it which I think is blooming fantastic!!! In response to your question on other post about my surgery date....I'm all over not knowing where I am in the whole process.....had seminar in March, nurse/dietician in July by which time I'd lost 1 n half stone then has Gastroscopy in September & was put on list then, got appt 8th Dec to see Surgeon...so no idea how much longer to expect to wait to be honest xx

Awww bless. I hope all goes well on the 8th Dec, maybe he will give you a weight target or even better put you on the list, that would be great for you xxx

They were happy with the weight I've been losing....2 stone off since seminar & I am on list since september just hoping when see Sugeon on 8th Dec he can give me an idea of how long to expect to wait for surgery.....fingers crossed any way lol xxx
