Hello all!
Is anybody on or has anyone gone through tier 3 at L&D?
My GP agreed to refer me in April 2014, as I have a high bmi, and suffer from diabetes and high blood pressure. My first appointment was with the nurse in June, who wrote to my GP recommending sleep study tests and CBT.
I've been attending monthly appointments since then with the nurses, dietician and psychologist (only had psych assessment - was told I was OK but recommended counselling which I'm now getting at uni).
Each time I visit I'm told the same thing. Continue on 1500 calorie diet, but I'm not losing weight, just maintaining
Anybody else been through this process? Feel like I'm on a hamster wheel and not getting anywhere :sigh:
