Hi all, I have had loads of lovely comments from people on how well I am doing, and would like to share. I think we all everyone of us on here deserve a great big well done wheather we are pre or post op because we have all taken steps to do something about our problems and seek help and advice and have taken measures to change our lives which isn't always easy.

I think you are absolutely right Cindy! We all deserve a well done not only for weight losses but also because unlike some families and even friends, we are there for each other whenever to give words of comfort and encouragement...
