Thanks guys. The op went well & I am know home. In a little pain, but its more of a permanent stitch than actual pain. Like PinkDaisy I am struggling to eat & have only managed to drink 1 slimfast drink all day - but i know that it will get better over time so will keep perservering.
Got to inject myself daily with a blood thinning injection & wear the lovely compression tights (soooo sexy) for a week! However, i now it will be worth it in the end
