tummy tuck

Ive got my date for nhs tummy tuck 2nd november, Im very excited and scared!!
Im hoping that someone can advise about pants!! I keep reading that it is advisable to have some big, control pants for after the op and I dont know what size to buy.
Im currently a size 16 mainly due to the excess skin.

Could anyone tell me whether I should buy pants that fit me pre op (16s) or smaller ones?

oh buy the pre-op ones definitely I would say. However I guess it depends on how much skin ur likely to lose. I found i actually needed a size 12 (I was a 10 before) as the swelling isn't only confined to the stomach.

Good luck with the op though, you're gonna love your new tummy
