They said 6 weeks until the next appointment, but Im guessing it will be longer as they are really busy.

I havent told them about cancellations yet as its actually hard for my husband to get time off to take me so at the moment its better for us to have longer notice, I might tell them to offer me a cancellation when it comes to the actual surgery though.
