Ok so after going up and down (small amounts either way)i've lost 2lb this week on top of 2lb last week and i'm know under 21st 20st 13lb to be exact.

It's my 45th Birthday on Monday and today went out and bought normal clothes,from a normal shop which cost normal money!!!
