Well its been a big week I guess

Wednesday was 5 months since my operation, Thursday was 22 weeks and today I had my weight checked at the Doctors.

Lost another 6Kg (13.2Lb) since I was last checked on the 3rd.

So I am now officially a member of the Century Club!

I've also passed another milestone I had set which was to be under 400lb!

Now to keep up with the nearly 1 stone a month then by Feb I will be at my 1st set proper goal 23St which is what i was about 1995.
