Went back to the gym today!

So went to the gym for first time since op and managed a staggering 25mins lmao

Did 20mins on treadmill (5km/h at a 5% incline) and then did 5mins on the cross trainer before I got light headed and my legs refused to cooperate anymore lol used to easily manage this and alot more before op but haven't been managing to eat as many cals as I should be so that prob why.

Tomoro I am back to work full time and getting a bit panicky about how I'm going to last a 9hr shift! I'll do it, but need to find things that I can eat in the car between calls! Any suggestions???
 
Well done on the Gym hon, sorry I cant help you on which meals to pack for between your calls, I am sure someone thats post op will help you to decide though xx

Lol my body threw a strop like a teenager after 25mins lol
 
:party0027:What about custard? or a protein drink, smoothie?? can you have blended banana in a smoothie?? I havent had my op yet so I dont really know
