poached salmon in a white or parsley sauce with cauliflower cheese. No potato. I'm focusing on upping my protein a lot this week, and cutting back on the carbs, to see if it will boost my weight loss!
 
Tonight is chicken thighs slow cooked in the Rayburn with Sweet and Sour sauce, probably one potatoe and a few peas.
 
Yum we are having a chinese take away tonight. I will have half a sezchuan king prawn or half a tofu something or other.

I cant believe that before my band I would had spring rolls, a full main dish, rice and prawn crackers!!!!!!

im having pie and chips! lol im sooooo naughty! but ill admitt it.... ive let myself go again! the boxes of milk tray was on offer in the co op when i went for some dog food and me being me baught a box for myself, i actually picked a big bag of revels up to begin with and put them back for the box of milk tray! i could kick myself sometimes and do you know what... ive eaten 6 chocolates out of the box and left them on the dining room table! i cant even face anymore so why do i do it?
so ive decided im going to (treat, lol) myself to pie and chips tonight out of the freezer with some mushy peas for my last supper.... and thats it! im back on the diet from in the morning because i cant keep doing this to myself!

thats me mazza now - if i have chinese i either have sweet and sour chicken balls or chicken chow mein! but ill have half a rice, half a bag of chips, curry sauce and some spare ribs too! lol - ohhhhh i cant wait for my bypass mee , not only will i be slim jim but ill be loaded too with all the food i wont be buying!
 
mazza i always have chicken n black bean sauce, fried rice CHIPS ( with everything) prawn crackers and pancakes rolls mm mmm and id do it i two sittings over a night outrageous!!! i couldnt even go for the healthy option as id be like a time bomb waiting to go off x
 
coop should be banned - they've always got good deals on that are really hard to resist... I bought and ate three packs of snack a jacks for a £1!
I'm having my special 'spanish chicken' - well chicken breast cubed, with onion, mushrooms, chilli flakes and jar of tomato based sauce. With rice. Takes about 20 mins to make and only use two pots.

Most of my meals are based on this recipe but with other meats: mince and pasta for bolog; mince and potatoes for shepherds pie; sausages (or beef) and an oxo cube for a tasty caserole; hah, can you tell I can't cook???

I did do a nice soup thou the other weekend -
1x Butternut squash
1x red pepper
1x veg oxo cube
2 pints water

Chop the veg, add all ingredients to pan and boil til soft. Liquidise. Add salt/pepper/chilli/mixed herbs to taste. Eat! yum...
 
Lean sirloin steak, with veg from my garden as follows:

red onions lightly fried, greenhouse tomatoes, corn on the cob, cauliflower and green beans... plus a tablespoon of light gravy...

I should think that will be more than ample for all five of us here...

I have a small plate nowadays thanks Keeley and I am feeling more alive today... just hope I can build my energy, it keep fading out so damn fast these days... I want to be feeling well and energetic again! Love and hugs precious xxx

just had 1/4 chicken breast, 1 florret of broc, 1 of cauli, half a dozen green beans and 2 carrot sticks.
