Lots of it too as a never feel full, you know when you eat with slim people and they say "oh no, no more thanks i am stuffed!", well i never?!?!? I can honestly say i have never felt like that. i am just hoping my bypass puts an end to all of that and i can enjoy a little and not alot :D lol.
If you twisted my arm to name a few things it would have to be..

steak with peppercorn sauce
choclate fudge cake with cream and icecream

At the moment I am Loving Asdas Whole Cooked Prawns in shells, I love to sit and peel them and eat the lot. Very good protien source too 200g 39.2 of protien per serving, Yummy!

Pre-op...Pizza, curry or chilli with lots of rice, Pasta, roast dinners, picky food such as nachos dips hummus olives, any seeded breads and of course lots of wine :party0036:

Post-op...nothing appeals at the moment :sigh2:, but cauliflour cheese goes down well.

I was a crisp addict and anything takeaway pre-opp. Now I love anything with salt on - in fact I would say I have a craving for salt (am getting through tomatoes like they go out of fashion) wonder what my body is telling me I am missing? I try to limit them as the salt doesn't do me any good but as my blood pressure is on the low side I'm not overly concerned.

Pre op, my favourite meal would be on a Saturday night when I'd have takeaway thai green curry, jasmine rice, stir fried beef and lots of crackers, followed by 3 or 4 choclate bars and cheesecake. Chinese was a favourite too.

Post op - Nothing heavy/fatty/oily appeals, give me some griddled steak and salad anyday, followed by blueberries, strawberries and crunchy apples. I do still like chocolate but I couldn't eat half a bar now let alone 4!:D

Before, hmmm most things LOL My roast dinners, home made lasagne and curry.... I bake a lot so cakes like apple cake and chocolate fudge cake, Chicken satay, cumberland ring sausage and mash....sigh.......stew and dumplings, chicken chow mein and beef in black bean stir fries.....ohh and M&S carrot cake but not had any for years....my own baked cheesecake is nice as well.

After op...corned beef hash (homemade) , home made curry with no extras, Roast dinners in tiny portions, mushy peas, Ben and Jerrys Fairly Nuts Ice cream and Haagen Daz Choc, caramel and pralines ice cream (not daily of course) Home made leek and bacon soup..cinammon oatso simple with extra cinnamon, little Fru keylime desserts (tiny things) , the odd strawberry or two.
I still bake cakes/cookies etc for others eg Birthdays and neighbours etc but just don't eat them.

Any good home cooked food, I love cooking from scratch and really miss it but being post op I am missing my Fish, Chicken and most of all grilled smoked bacon.
I have tried some fish and chicken but found it hard to digest, I will try again in a couple of weeks

SUSHI, for me it is the perfect food, colourful, fresh, full of protein, naturally low in fat and small portions, lol:p! I eat sushi whenever I get the chance. Many sushi places offer sashimi which is the fish sliced thin with no rice for those who skip rice. YUMMY!:eating:

I was looking at getting some sushi in Tescos this lunchtime - but it seemed very high in sugar ?
