hi everyone,havent been on here for a bit so thought id update you all,well im still waiting for my op date which seems to be taking forever as i havent even had my pre op yet and im having my op before june!!grrrrr...anyways other aspects of my life have changed,im still not smoking its been nearly 6 weeks now yeh me! ive used my smoking money to pay for a acrylic nail course which im currently doing,very pleased with myself,after the nail course im gonna do other beauty courses to get qualified for my positive future!!!

go you yey i do hope you make a good future for yourself on the beauty path you have chosen, and june isnt far away i wouldnt worry to much you will get your pre op in enough time for you to do your liver shrinking diet i am sure of that take care. xxxx
