OMG how do I ease the wind pain from surgery! I'm otherwise fine. But this is so Uncomfy. I've been mobilising and just used a hot water bottle which has helped loads!

I didn't suffer to bad with the wind but walking around as much as possible and windeze helped me x

I found that peppermint water was the best thing for me. Oh and walking.

Thanks I was worrying by heating the wounds I might cause infection bugs to grow! Xx
