12 Weeks Post Op today

Omg, has it really been that long?

Well I went to the Doctors today and had my self weighed.

I am now down another 7.8Kg (nearly 17 1/4Lb) :D

Means I have reached my first goal... to be sub 200Kg!

Well done - good work x

well done

That's great news, wont recognise you when we have the appointments at St.Thomas' in August !!
You will have to update your photo !!

16 week weigh in

Been to the physio and had a nurse appointment to be weighed...

Now down to 192.2Kg so that's another 7.2Kg in 4 weeks :)

Wow amazing achievement. Well done. Bet you feel great?

Very happy

just a shame that I hadn't lost another 3lb to drop me just under the 30 stone mark!

It won't be long with your loss rate so far.

No very true :)

Got an appointment at St Thomas' Hospital on the 3rd, so that will be my next weigh in

I'm back at hospital on 16th August. I'm struggling to eat to be honest & weight loss almost stopped - 7 stones but trying for that few extra pounds to kick tart again.i am never hungry & on a very restricted range of foods. when I try to new foods eat it just gets stuck or I bring it up. I don't eat meat so struggle with protein. I think I might need another stretch urrrrgh!

I hope so too.

I have no idea what the appointment is going to involve, but I am preparing my self mentally for blood tests etc.

I am into the Twenties at last!

Been to St Thomas' for my first post op appointment since being discharged back to the NHS from the Princess Grace in May.

Well acording to their scales I am now 186.6Kg which is 29st 5.4Lbs!

Although I am a little sceptical that some of the loss is the difference between the scales at the Hospital and those at my Doctors Surgery.

12.3 lbs in two weeks? seems a bit high to me.

Either way I am taking that as a fact and have now passed another milestone.

Next one is to be under 400lb, which I beleive is another 12lb :)

Closely followed by 100lbs down in another 3lbs after that.

Well done, great progress - take time to enjoy. Tracey xxx
