Work up tests!!!

Hi all,
Just a quick question... did anyone have a lot of work up tests and if so how long after did it take to get a date for surgery? I'm having all my tests then seeing the surgeon in August, I think I then go to the mdt so dont really know how long a timescale I'm looking at x

Providing you get the ok from the MDT then it's usually the next available surgery date. However my case was seen by the MDT twice. As they wanted me to see a psycologist to see if i was in the right place to be able to have the surgery. So waiting to be seen by MDT the first time around took 7 weeks for an answer I was then seen by the MDT 12th March and had my surgery 25th April. Hope this helps xx
