    my mum is so scared for me. what can i say?

    It's a worrying time My mom was in Cuba when I had surgery and she cried relief when she returned and I was ok. You need to reassure her that this is what you want. She won't stop worrying but she may come to accept it.

    What about that dude who was the heaviest man in the world, and had a bypass? He has lost over twenty stone and probably more now. Maybe say people heavier than you have had wls. It is a shame especially because he has a young family and will most likely leave then before they are grown...

    They only need four hours of data and my patients once awake were allowed to leave, between the hours of 6 and 8 although sooner sometimes Most went onto work

    Well as I used to work on a sleep lab I shall tell you :p You will have tubes up your nose and a gazzilion wires on your head and legs and you will then fall asleep and hopefully wake up the next morning all happy and done:p

    I have carpel tunnel syndrome a side effect on my thyroid problem Have you spoke with your gP he can give your steroid injection s or refer for surgery you can also buy wrist supports for bout a rennet which alleviate the problem Hope it gets better soon

    I agree with big am bouncy why are you only eating once a day? You should be aiming for three to six meals a day. Do you have access to a dietician? Probably worth talking to them All the best :)
