I was wondering if anyone has heard from Katastrophe recently. I have sent her a private message and emailed her but not heard anything back and am a little worried. I think she had a revision nearly 2 weeks ago. Xx

Hi leanne I think here in the UK they call it the gastric sleeve. There are a few on here who have had it done, I think they are offering it a lot more at the Homerton in London. :D

I have the cappachino nut breakfast bat most days now, I tried the strawberry one but dont really like it. Your right it does help with upping the protein which I struggle with.
