Thank you SO much everyone. Anyone who has had their op will know how much it motivates those who have had their ops when someone says they can really see the difference. Pre-oppers, I hope it inspires you and helps you to see that the long journey to actually get to your op is worth it - it is!!!!!!

I am definitely healthier, my BP is normal, I don't take tablets for it anymore, my heart problem has sorted itself because of the BP, my knees don't ache as much. And happier - yes I think I must be, I feel like I am always smiling, although I never thought I was miserable before I do think perhaps I got cross alot...

I saw my sister today for the first time since just before my op - she wasn't sure it was me until I smiled at her!!!
