Hi Janey,
U make the op sound really appealing. I'm doing mine private cos I acn't wait to be on the track to a slimmer me. My consultation's Friday so I'll ask about nicotine inhalators then. I don't think I'll mind the diet. I'm so used to always being on one anyway and I know this one will be the last.
My partner was rushed to hopsital tonight with bowel pains, which is why I'm still up at 4.30 am. I didn't want to leave him, but they're doing tests and he seems more settled now. It;s too quiet at home without him

Sorry to hear about your partner, i hope he is doing much better this morning!
The op is good, i go to a support group once a month where i had mine done (i went before my op as well) and its so good to see people in the flesh and see how well they have done!
I went private as well and it only took 3months from my first consultaion to my op, would of been 2 but something cropped up!
Are you having the bypass or the band?
