Frustrated with BMI customer service . . .

Hi, just wondered if anyone else had any issues with BMI. I have been signed off by dietician and pysch and was told I should expect to have balloon fitted within a week - that was 2wks ago and I still haven't had a date. Arghh, so frustrated as just want it done asap. we're going away 4th May and I wanted it to settle before going.
 
Just had my bypass at BMI The Priory Birmingham. It was all booked by another company called Surgicare. I found that they weren't very good at paper work. Took 45 minutes to bookin and leaving wasn't much better - very disorganised. However, the care I received post op was amazing and I couldn't fault it.
 
I did not rate my Care at the London Independent BMI hospital, i kept getting inexperienced agency workers, and the staff sister had to redo my dressings a third time before i could go home.
