I am just having my first day of pureed I have a real phobia of being sick so have stuck to liquids for 2 weeks. So far today i have had a smoothie, cauliflour cheese, home made houmus (PG recipe delish), pureed pear any fruit juice with natural yogurt.
feeling comfortable and making sure that once i have had enough im scraping my plate so im not tempted to carry on eating as my tummy emptirs.
