I have takeaways but one take away lasts me 3 or 4 meals now! X

It would last me that or more too I guess! It's just the fact I live alone and have to spend Atleast £10 for it to get delivered and I can't get there to pick up. I think I'll see if my sister wants to order one night and will get one then as she likes them too... Might give it a few more weeks though... Xx

i craved sweet and sour tonight and last night hubby is like get 1 really on pre op diet duh him give it a go when you feel upto it you really wont know until you try

Don't give up!!!
Sometimes it takes a couple if weeks for your body to catch up with what you are doing to it! It goes into shock snd holds onto everything
Have you tried cutting out wheat ? If I want yo see weight loss quick, I cut down on wheat and carbs, usually makes a difference

Lost another 4.4lb this week! It's so strange it's TOTM and I lost more this week than I did last week... Most put lose less or not at all... So I've hit the 3st mark and im at 3st 2.5lb xx

You should be proud Kirsty. I've been reading your posts (gosh i sound like a stalker!) & you are progressing really well. I'm 10lb off my my next mini goal of 17 stone. It's been over 20 years since I weighed this 'low'!

I haven't been in the 20s since I was about 18yrs old. After I hit 21st I just couldn't get past it no matter how hard I tried.. Good luck for all your goals!!! Xx
