So a few good things today other than the pictures! I wore I top I haven't wore in over a year as it was too tight and is supposed to be loose fitting, fits really nice now, wore some sandals I haven't worn in about 18 month as they wouldnt zip up around my feet.. And I walked from my mums to my sisters which is 0.7miles - not that far, but normally I'd jump on the bus and get off 3 stops later and walk 2 mins up the hill! Xxx

Thank you love! I'm amazed at it too! I notice it all the time when I see my reflection.. I can see the weight coming off now myself too! I'm still very uncomfortable when people say how well I'm looking and how they can see the difference.. I tell my family to shut up saying things ahah I know they're encouraging me but it just feels wrong still for me ATM xx

I am definitely enjoying the journey already! I normal go on the treadmill at the gym and can do 1km in 20mins with a incline on 1. On Friday I managed an incline of 3 and got up to 6mph and did 1km in 11mins! Was well chuffed! Out of breath but pleased about it lol xx
