Will be getting sent home soon. They won't operate with me seeing surgeon next week and bloods have come back okay no inflammation or sign of pancreatitis, so not in danger yet. Morphine helped a bit didn't take pain off fully and didn't touch my back ache. Dr has gave me tramadol and something else that enhances the effect of tramadol, feeling more normal since taking them, just feeling sick still xx

Been sent home, have to come back later in the day to pick new pain meds up.. Come back if pain starts again pain meds don't work.. Dr was worried about my liver as normally in 80s but it's 389 tonight... Just got back so going to get back to bed and try and get some sleep!! Xx

Remembered the new meds are called nefopam, and when I took them with the tramadol they worked pretty quick. Morphine took the ede off tummy pain but didn't touch back ache. Nefopam and tramadol made both go away! M will go pick the tablets up later hopefully as can only get the from the hospital. Managed about 2 hours sleep but can't get anymore so hopefully will sleep tonight.. Xx

Meh! Pain came back about 11am didn't have the nefopam so just had to take tramadol and wait for mum to bring the nefopam but because I haven't taken them together they have really helped but I did manage to get an hours kip after I took the nefopam so, that's good seeing as due the being so tired and in pain I am an emotional wreck lol
Will start on both tablets together at about half 4, 3 times a day so they get into my system better and help me out. Need to be better for Friday as I'm doing a Christmas Market with my friend and don't want to let him down as he can't get anyone else to help

Thank you. I'm going to keep on top of my painkillers and anti spasmodic and will hopefully stay away.. Been fine today so hopefully nothing now for a while x

Well done on that huge loss Kirsty!.... Have you been offered a drug called Actagol for your gallstones?.... It helps break them down and stops the bile becoming thick and sludgy which is often a result of rapid weight loss and causes the pain your experiencing also....It might be worth asking about it?
