Having a sleeve!!

I had a water bottle with sugar free water from asda and had a sip every 15 mins set a timer on my phone and even now have regular sips as not drinking enough gave me a urine infection I don't want that again but good luck if there is anything you need just ask as I live Rotherham and work in Sheffield so around all day as work on ambulances

Are they low enough in fat? I've not started yet. I need to be to,d what we can eat from a supermarket cos special food very expensive

previous bander, now awaiting by pass or sleeve this year.

In 100g, 105 cals, 2.8g fat, 5g protein. Each tube is 40g so it'll be about 1.3g? I mentioned to the dietician that I was having petit filous (which is a frube in a tub) and she had no issues with it

Hate how vile soluble tablets are! The taste ligers for ages! Also woke up at half one and had started my period. Fell back to sleep about 2 and woke up at half 5 with period pains, fun! They aren't in the things I miss! Lol x

that is one of the things I wanted to ask the dr/nurse how periods go on with all this change, hair loss has been mentioned due to hormone change but no mention of periods being messed up! that's all ya going to need is time of the month and still recovering!
take care

Well I don't have periods that often, literally, one a year at the most due to my pill and with being over weight. But a few people on here told me that the stress of major surgery can cause you to have a period. It's took 3 days to kick in but it's started, I dont mind as long as the cramps and period pains don't get too bad lol I just feel like I'm having my bits kicked to death this morning.

Xx

Mine have completely regulated again now post op which I'm really happy about. Don't necessarily like having them but I guess when your wanting to have a family it's a good start to know your regular at least. Hope they're not too bad for you Hun x x

ive had 3 in the 3 weeks since surgery. the first one started the day after the op, i was mortified particularly since i was still catheterized but the nurses said its very common for surgery to trigger a period

I'm not too fussed about them, it's just I can get very bad pains along with them, that's the worst part for me, me and both my sister suffer with period pains really badly... I knew it would happen anyway it's just inconvenient lol

Ohh! I hope I don't have that many lol I was spot bleeding yesterday when I wiped myself but when I woke up in the middle of the night it was full on... Luckily I'd put a sanitary towel on for bed anyway! Xxx
