Having a sleeve!!

Just stopped taking my tablets for the op and haven't had them since, I don't want to risk tablets yet as was told they may be too big. I've got liquid form to start taking tonight x

So, Just hurt my self so bad!! My Mum got spare duvet out for my nephew as he's staying over, he'd just sat next to me on sofa with it and then went 'oh there's a spider on this!' Now, I am terrible afraid of spiders, so naturally, I screamed. So I went where??? Turned my head and it was on my arm running to my face! So I screamed, hurt my tummy and burst into tears. Lewis (my nephew) thought it was his fault that I'd hurt my tummy and went and locked himself in the bathroom... Was eating my tea too! Feel very sick and couldn't breath I was crying that bad. I didn't even see how big it was, but knew it was large. Mum said it was very big. Not good for my tummy and very surprised I didn't bring all my tea up!! X

I tried to but my mum got to me that fast and whacked it off me I was just hysterical though I'm glad I didn't though as I think I'd have hurt myself more moving too fast... So drained now. Tried food again and it went down which is good just feel tight chested ATM :/ xx

I've calmed down. I had to for my nephew, he wouldn't come out of the bathroom so needed to show him it was okay. Laid in bed relaxing now xxx

Got my anti depressents in liquid form today. Trazodone... It's vile, and has made my mouth semi numb for a few minutes! I need to brave my tablets soon, I can't keep having that 3 times a day!!!

I slept amazingly last night! Went to sleep about 10:30, woke up a few times but straight back to sleep till 4, needed a wee then lol back to sleep till 6, needed to move to a different position then back to sleep till half 8 and didn't need any more pain killers in the night!

I also treated my mum, step mum and nephew to a take away for their tea, mum was going to make them sit in another room to eat it but I said it's fine to sit in front of me. I've got to get used to it as I can't expect everyone to not having a take away just because I'm there! Though they had toppings on pizzas I didn't like I was just sat drooling at them lol x Kirsty

Mine were bandages, but only had them on post op Wed & Thu, they were taken off Fri - thk God! How long do you have to wear them xx

2 weeks for me legs feel odd keep getting up to move around feels like no circulation lol legs look ok tho just cold

I've got to wear them for six weeks or until I'm fully mobile, which ever comes first... :/ x

Yesterday morning at about 6am I woke up and all of a sudden I needed to sneeze but couldn't get a pillow to put on my stomach so I sneezed, shouted 'ow' and woke mum up in the process she thought I'd done something bad lol first sneeze post op, it hurt!! Lol xx

No not tried it yet, I haven't done a proper shop so only asked mum to grab me a few bits while she's been out.. I will be getting some soon though

Just had cheesey beans again. They feel very heavy in my tummy but they are the heaviest food I've had other than mash and weetabix so that's understandable yummy though!

I bet you would manage this well. It's tasty n slides down but full of nutrition. I've been on it 5 weeks lol, still like it!
