I HATE sweet things except Caramac! Lol deep joy

Lol...Caramac, WTF??? That just made me actually lol Ali, how random.
I'm a savoury chick too though, I've got dome Cambridge packs left over from ANOTHER previous diet (oopps) they're not AS sweet as Slimfast but more of a powdery taste. I'm now just sticking skimmed milk powder into each serving of soup & I enjoy muller lite greek yogurts the smooth coconut & lemon.

I've bought a drum of whey protein n will use that , only two more days till I go in, so trying to get everything sorted.

I thought I'd be okay with it, I forgot to grab a frube before we left (had to drop step mum off somewhere and go shopping) and just grabbed one from the shop.. Never mind, that's my first on the 'can't have that' list!!

Thank you ladies. I do this from time to time get very needy lol cause he's to one I speak to about everything it's always his hugs that help but he lives over an hour away so can't just pop round to see each other!! Xxx

He has done he's great like that, told him I was going for a nap and he said he'd stroke my hair for me lol we've always been like that.. I honestly am just a pain in the arse! With the mix of anti depressents taking time to work, hormones because of period and a major op, my feelings are all over the place... I can't have a good cry though cause that's one thing my anti depressents help with, I can feel sad and upset but don't cry as much as I would... It's odd... Xx

So, mums just got her scales out and I've had to take them outside to get them to register a reading as the won't on her carpets..... According to these I have lost 5.9kilo / 13lb in 10days xx

Congrats on losing so much weight already! I am still thrilled with my sleeve 2 years on. I still have fabulous restriction--my tummy is still itty bitty and the hunger is still reduced. Will read your diary with excitement and can't wait to see it over the next year or two.
