Well, when I went to get weighed, my mum had a mcdonalds double sausage and egg mc muffin (my fave!!!) and it didn't bother me! I went to costa for a skinny latte.. Didn't realise the size of their drinks as I haven't been before.. Ordered a regular, the lady said that's a medium, so said yes, okay that's fine.. How big?? It was huge! Only had about 8/9 sips but not even a quarter of it, as I'm not a coffee person but didn't know what else I could have... It was nice, but total waste of £2.50 lol even though I was expecting it to cost more! I've also had blended rice pudding today.. It taste better cold IMO! And last night for tea I had roasted veg and a small price of chicken blended up, was lovely!!! I bought a lovely note pad Monday and I am writing a food diary in it, to keep up with it all. Also loving dairy lea light cheese triangles! Xx

Finally getting used to the taste of sweeteners too! Just having my first cup if tea that taste right! The rest have tasted crappy!

My other half made me a coffee the other day he's diabetic and uses sweeteners in his brews he stuck one in mine I could hardly tell the difference, I've just made myself a brew at work and used a sweetener xx

Kirsty, well done on your weight loss. I was recommended the liquid paracetamol that pound land stock by the nurse!. I'm 5 days post op and keen to not weigh myself considering all the Hartmanns they put me on... Probs weigh more than I did pre op!

Only reallly had build up today ( shakes and a soup), but hungry at all but when 5;45 comes around its time for the other half of my soup... Yay! The tomato / veg build ups are disgusting! Ooh deltaparincinn 10 mins too!

Think I may start a diary when I'm more on purées as ill be on liquids for 4 weeks and its only day 3 of liquids!
