How about having a look at some recipes find something you fancy and go out n get the ingredients to make it? I often find somethin homemade sorts me out. Or pop out and have a starter somewhere treat yourself x
I've looked for recipes I just can't decide what I want.. And I don't know what I can have, I'm scared to try things if it's not in the recommended diet sheet.. It's so annoying.. I won't go out anywhere to eat by myself I'm too worried something will happen and I can't go to my sisters cause they will more than likely be having a take away.. It's getting me so frustrated I'm actually laid in bed crying about it. I feel stupid..
