i bought some scales last year, they cost a fortune cos they went up to 32 stones. I must admit i am obsessed with them, sometimes 3 times a day!! That's bad innit?

i find morrisons do some nice meals for one not to bad calorie wise etc i usually buy there minced lamb casserole or chicken hotpot can also suggest a tin of princes chicken casserole i could live on that but the 1 tin does me 4 lunches but i always have fresh eat veg for dinner and i am a very fussy eater
I have tortilla wraps most days.. I'm wandering if it because I'm eating more carbs than I was.. I just don't know what to eat and I'm getting so bored and frustrated with it. I'm eating mainly wraps or crackers with salad foods, ham or some sort or sandwich filler thing or cheese and chicken.. I think I'm finding it hard because I hate cooking from scratch for one person and I just don't have the space in my freezer to freeze any more meals. I feel like all I do is moan about it :/ xx
It's a pain cooking for one...Well uninspiring...No one eats wat I do, so similar... boil in bag fish sauce with veg yummy, I still love b.beans n cheese...the Heinz small tins of ravioli (less than 150cals) & macaroni cheese (less than 175calls) are lush. Re dreams, I have nasty ones....not every night ....always related to 'unfinished business' & 'stress' .... try downloading sum relaxation music & sounds, it may help XXX
So sorry your having bad dreams might be worth buying relaxing stuff for your room make it like a sensory room with lights music all soft and relaxing I know someone did this and it helped them loads to just drift back off
your antidepressants might be giving you the nightmares hun, i get them on Lofepramine, vivid dreams is a side effect. it might just be the vicious circle of no sleep and bad dreams, sometimes it can get to you like that. try listening to some quiet music while you are trying to sleep, that works for me. i made a playlist of everyday songs, but nothing too bouncy or loud, its perfect for quiet times like trying to sleep. If not, theres a good app you can get called Sleep bug, it has a music box mode, so you regress back to being 6 lol but it does work xx
ugh Kirsty bad dreams suck i suffer terribly with violent ones which rake up my past and leave me feeling pretty crappy, the only thing i found helped was giving myself Reiki (a form of hands on healing) if you've heard of it.......... i'm not suggesting you go and get trained but learning some of the hand positions may help x x x x bless ya its no fun

I have mainly ham or chicken in a tortilla with some salad..I like just salad in them too but know I need some sort of protein lol x
