I feel great! And so happy that I got into the 17 stone bracket before Christmas! I don't know what I've put on over xmas as don't own scales at home and haven't been to my local shopping centre to get weighed or the gym to get weighed..Got to wait until the 12th jan before I can go back to the gym, and then at the hospital for my check up on the 13th - think it's my 1 year check up though it will be about 3 weeks early..can't wait to get back to the gym! Going to attempt the couch to 5k while I'm there too.. Might help keep me motivated to go in on my own lol
I'm over due my comparison photos but I think I'm going to wait til the 27th of Jan now as it will be a year since my first photos were taken.. So think it's apt that I wait till then.. Xx

Spooky, the 13th, exactly a year on from my surgery date!! I'm at the hospital that day too, but barnsley general about my now overactive thyroid!!
I've read all your post, but lost my page I was on. You really have inspired me and I'm so proud of you. Hope you post more pictures cause I bet you look amazing now. I'm currently waiting to be sleeved March so fingers crossed...

I was going to wait till Thursday morning to weighed but I want know know now what the damage of xmas was... So I'm going to go upto the chemist in Woodhouse village (where I live in sheffield) and ask them to weigh me! Will also weigh on Thursday still as they are regular scales.. Will let you all know the damage later lol xx

They sure are lol. Im a little confused thou as my appointments not with the nurse specialist or the dietitian as i expected and its not even with mr ackroyd. Insted im down to see mr patel

I'm always down to see Mr Patel, spoke to Liz on the phone the other week and she said it's because of the days of the week it's on Tuesday on Mr Patels day I think and Wednesday its Ackroyds day.. The day they actually see patients.. Mine have always been to see dietitian but always says Mr Patel xx
I'm in Chicago, it's different here takes only 6 months tops... we do have to see nutritionist 6 classes it's mandatory along with a therapist and a sleep study..Right now only thing left for me is the sleep study and I'm having that on the 16the of this month...rest will be follow ups with the doctor...my weight was 319 and I'm currently at 303 now not much but I'm happy with that...

hmm strange! I've lost my letter so unsure on what it says now but normally its just mr Patel.. I've gone a few times questioning why I'm seeing Mr Patel lol but never seen him soo! Xx

Yes it is and the more I read the more I know it's possible..I just want too live long so I can see my daughter graduate and just life changing moments I want to experience that with her. So I said get busy and start living or keep wasting away on the bed with that bag of Doritos and Pepsi
