Hi Guys
Hubby's on stage 2 next week, puree (although I can't see too much difference to having soup and yoghurt now!).
I was looking at making him some stewed fruit, for something different. But all the recipe's I can see seem to have loads of sugar in them, and I don't want to give him something to risk dumping!
Does anyone know any recipes, or what quantities of fruit/sugar/water I should use?
I want to attempt apples - start off easy hopefully!
