Hi
No not on it wish I was
I have been told it will be the one where you eat - not the milk one
think it had things on like :
bowl cereal
green salad
fish
yoghurt
1/3 pink skimmed milk

just wanted to know how I get hold of the exact list that my dietician had just so that I can start to maybe introduce some of that diet into my normal life then it wont seem such a drastic change

Thanks
I am under salford pct - but cant find it under bospa

BreakfastSmall bowl of cereal, or
1 slice of toast with a scraping of low fat spreadLunch1 slice bread or 2 crispbreads
Small portion lean meat or fish, or
Small portion cheese, or 2 eggs (not fried)
Green salad (no dressing) or tomatoes DinnerSmall portion lean meat or fish, or
Small portion low fat cheese, or 2 eggs, or
Tofu or Quorn based dish
1 small potato or 2 tablespoonfuls pasta or rice
Vegetables (as many as you like except for root vegetables) Daily1/3 pint milk for use in drinks and on cereal
2 portions of fruit (e.g. apple, orange, banana, pear)
Free water, tea, coffee, low calorie squash or fizzy drinks
1 low fat, low sugar yogurt or fromage frais

That's exactly the list I had to work from Helen, word for word.
It was given me by the Dietician and is only a standard leaflet in one of the leaflet pockets at the hospital.
But that's all I ever had.

Oh! don't, your hungry all the time, but you gradually get used to feeling hungry and you'll lose a hell of a lot of weight.
Also it helps a great deal after surgery because you have to get used to your family tucking in to meals that smell and look "to die for" when you can't eat them or even taste them, I've got used to that as well now.
Most of the time anyway.
Be strong and stay with it Helen.
