LOL hello girls and welcome soohoo
the lead up is scarey, just fear of the unknown, once you start your pre op diet time will soon fly and with the blink of an eye you'll be home all done and dusted. Were all here for as much support as you need just shout. Im now 2 weeks post op and back to normal mostly, tummy still bruised from the injections and wounds still sore but healing slowly.
Preparing my food post op really hasn't been too much of a worry either. My first few days i didn't want to eat, now i just bake something for hubby, whizz mine up to sloppy (i was straight onto sloppys) and freeze the rest in small plastic containers. My freezer is jam packed with mini meals and 150ml portions of home made soup lol weeny plastic containers are your best buy.... get to your local £1 shop for those.
YOu will find all the support you need here also words of comfort when times get hard, or when your sat up in the middle of the night with wind
you will also have a great giggle and make some lovely friends. Plus together its sooo much easier just know your not alone x x x x hugs all
