i was constipated for a week and went yesturday for the first time it hurt but ok now lol but i have blood in my poo and again today it dont hurt to go now and im in no pain im a week post op do u think i have torn my self and coz im on click san its making it worse any ideas xx

It could probably be piles that you've got. I suffer from the same problem and have found that taking lactulose regularly then it keeps me regular and no pain. Result.
