Telling Friends + Familey

Hi all, well up to now all my close friends know they've said its my life and choice, my family know about my weight prob's, having been in chronic pain since 1993 I think I have sufferd enough to warrent having this chance to change my life.

Thinking about the gastric bypass bypass I have told my 11 year old kids what i'm doing and why i'm doing it, I have not lied to any one that I have lost all my weight doing gym stuff or going to zumbra class's.

Im not ashamed of who I am i have the support of my family wife and two sons which im very great full to them for there understanding what im trying to do.

Be prepared for your height to change again. I have lost half an inch in height since I lost my weight. Used to have very flabby feet
