Over the moon, lost 3lbs this week after staying the same for the last two.  Started watching how much protein I was consuming this week and upped my calories.  Seemed to do the trick.  23lbs lost over last 6 weeks. Will be happy with even a one pound loss per week from now on ... start solid foods today, joy 
 
 Just updating sparkpeople.com with nutritional values of my breakfast. i can smell 10g of M&S crispy bacon stripes waiting for me with 50g of cottage cheese and 2xmixed seed crackers.  Life in the fast(er) lane
