Attached pics at a 3 stone loss 3 more to go and that will have me at 10 stone ... That's my goal but who knows might not stop there lol
I haven't been doing any walking or other actives due to kidney stone operations and have a kidney stent in which makes it really difficult to do anything without peeing lol
It's coming out on the 14th May so nothing will stop me then ? can't wait for the next goal of 3 stone
Hope you can notice the loss I'm stilling feeling really big lol ?
But a lot of people are starting to notice
