What did you honestly eat yesturday

Just trying to get an idea of what people are eating. Just been nosey! :) x

I had

3 glasses squash (not enough!)
1 can multiganwy (think thats how u spell it :) )Soup
2 quaver crisps (not packets)
Highlights drinking choc
 
Im a bander but I had

B - a low fat greek yoghurt with cherries

L - salad comprising, spoon of cous cous, guacamole and humous, cucumber, beetroot, grated carrot, peppers and a bit of coleslaw

T salmon fillet, spinich, mushrooms, peppers

Snacks, very thin melba toasts with whole earth peanut butter

Drinks tea, coffee with skimmed plus lots of adams ale ie water
 
I didn't eat much yesterday

2 slices of Milk Roll toast with low fat marge

Half a baked potato with prawns and salad

Chicken fillet with seasoning and steamed veg

I also had a protein shake in the evening as I hadn't had much to eat during the day.

Plus I also had nas squash and cups of tea during the day but I also know I'm not drinking nearly enough as I should.
 
I had

1 tin of tomato soup ( in 2 x 200 ml servings )
1 250 ml of slimfast
2 x 200 ml of home made veg soup (no bits) in 2 servings
2 x 100 g of yogurt (no bits) - only ate 1/3 of 2nd one tho

Various fluids ( tea/fresh oj/water etc)about 2/3 litres in total I guess

i was out and about most of the day, so quite a shameful diet day but here goes !
Breakfast: 1 slice of toast & glass of fresh orange
whilst out shopping : packet of crisps & 1/4 jacket potato with beans & bottle of fruit shoot
whilst at wls support meeting: coffee & choc digestive
Back at home around 9pm: 1/2 chicken & salad sandwich and a cup of tea
 
I had

2 rounds of toast, benecol margarine
for Breakfast

For Lunch I had 2 slices of weight watchers bread, 2 slices of turkey, a few grapes.

Afternoon because I am diabetic I had a club orange biscuit only one!

For Dinner I just fancied 2 rounds of toast with heinz baked beans.

Supper because of my diabetes... I had a round of toast again with benecol marg. Because of my diabetes and hypo's thru the night.

In addition, I did 2 hours moving my legs and limbs on toning tables since I have a back problem so these help me to keep moving.

It's my birthday shortly and I just don't want to be anti social, but I'm getting loads of offers to go out for meals... I am working on alternatives

Brekkie: 2 weetabix with skimmed milk,

Lunch: pork grilled sausage, 1 egg, scoop of beans

Dinner: chicken breast peices and mixed veg
 
Yesterday I had.....

Ham & cheese omelette (1 egg) with slice of toast...only managed 1/2 of it

1/2 tin of spagetti hoops, slice of toast

Chicken kiev, garlic potatoes, carrots & brussel sprouts

few cups of tea, diluted orange and low fat piece of shortbread as a treat
 
hi, i had 2 teas,1fontmel
1 yogurt, sip's of water,milk, 1 coffee
oxtail soup,pint of hot milk.
 
I had almost 1 fortimel but didn't like it, cup of coffee. water, ice pops x 2, and third of an oasis extra light. Probably not enough. Will try better today.
 
today i have had,

breakfast glass of smoothie, one round brown granary toast

lunch~ turkey salad sandwich brown bread, apple,yog

tea~ weight watchers meal
 
o gosh that doesnt seem alot hun! will that fill you up x
 
B - very small bowl of no NAS museli, with Activia fat free vanilla yoghurt and 3 strawberrries chopped up

L - 2 Eggs, small amount grated cheese on small slice of soya linseed toast

D- Salmon fillet poached in skimmed milk, garlic and herbs, asparagus and home made potato wedges with a spanish flavouring

3 x cups of coffee
2 x 500mls elderberry water
3 x cups of tea

1 sugar free jelly as snack.
 
I'm gobsmacked by how little some of you newly post op bypassers are eating, it isn't anywhere near enough to get you healed and well, or to allow your body to lose weight (you'll go into starvation mode).
 
shelbel i thought the same but im pre op plus im getting band so i havent a clue on what people should eat x
 
Shell, this will reassure you!!!!!

Breakfast 2 eggs on toast
Snack 1 banana and 1 glass of milk
Lunch King prawns with salad, Mullerlight
Snack bunch of grapes, 1 glass of milk
Dinner pork chop with sweetcorn and few chips
Snack milky coffee

Mind you, I wasn't working so it was easy to plan a healthy eating day. When I work I sometimes hardly eat anything except chocolate!
 
I'm 9 weeks post-op and had:
  • Protein shake & Actimel for breakfast
  • 1 scrambled egg with low-fat cheddar cheese for lunch and a Muller lite yoghurt
  • NAS squash, coffee
  • Went out for dinner in the evening to a Moroccan restaurant... had a few teaspoons of mixed mezze (humous, spiced aubergine, spicy veg), and a very small amount of chicken & chick pea tagine with harissa sauce. Oh... and half a small glass of Merlot !
 
I had:
2 poached eggs with small amount of grated cheese
chicken salad sandwich
fat free yoghurt with muesli
lots of water, coffee and nas squash

I am a bander tho but without a fill so can eat quite a lot at the moment
