What did you honestly eat yesturday

I had:
2 poached eggs with small amount of grated cheese
chicken salad sandwich
fat free yoghurt with muesli
lots of water, coffee and nas squash

I am a bander tho but without a fill so can eat quite a lot at the moment

I had
250 ml water
40 grms fruit n fibre and milk
250ml water
bag of hula hoops
250ml water
chicken soup and a nugget of french stick
250 ml water
2 meatballs in bolognaise sauce 20 pieces of pasta
250ml water
nescafe latte
3 spoons peanut butter
250 ml milk
 
i had 1 1/2 weetabix with mashed banana with lots of semi skimmed milk only ate 3/4 of it , lunch i had a baby bell and yougurt, for tea i had an inch of salmon fillet, mash potatoe, mushy peas all mashed up well, and 1 tablespoon of icecream and 1table spoon of s/f jelly for a treat. plus my water, and nas juice,
 
:eek: CHOCOLATE ????!!

When we are busy and can't stop for food I can get through 3-4 chocolates during a shift. The great thing is that that is all I want, I couldn't eat them all together but spaced apart by a couple of hours they are lovely. I never thought that I'd be able to just have a couple of chocolates and that would satisfy me, I loooooooooooove my bypass.
 
I had a funny day food wise yesterday as i was at Longleat in Bath with my family but i'll list what i can remember...

Cornflakes with s/s milk and a inch of croissant
Cheese n onion quiche
Large chilli rice cake (plain to munch)
tuna, potatoes, peppers n pasta in a light vinaigrette dressing (John West ready to eat thingy)
Few cashew nuts to nibble on way home
small piece (approx 1/4 of a mini fish) of cod from the chip shop with mushy peas (never ate the batter, as its yuk)..

Think that's my food for yesterday :)
 
Today i had..

About 4 cups decaff coffee
2 glasses of water
Couple tablespoons of prawn pasta salad - mostly ate the prawns though.
Tablespoon of shepherds pie
Skinny cow ice-cream

Will drink at least another litre of water of NAS juice.

Today is the first time i've managed to eat anywhere near something solid since my op so i'm really pleased with the amounts :D
 
Hi for breakfast i had small dish of cornflakes with soya milk,
lunch, tin of mushroom soup,
Dinner,small pork chop and loads of green beans.
Snack,peach.
 
Not good at all

Today

sausage mcmuffin and hash brown
chicken pie potato waffle beans
2 apple turnovers
contemplating a french fancie

\seriously overeating this week.

those john west lunches, are the pits bluerrghhh haha i think there vile x

haha god i rememebr eating it on a normal diet, i felt like i was eating a posh tin of cat food :) x
 
Can anyone tell me how much I should be eating. Today I have had
1 cup of milky coffee (not a mug)
1 small glass of semi skimmed milk
2 ice pops
3/4 of a tin of condensed chicken soup made up with semi skimmed milk
500 ml bottle of water
3/4 bottle of oasis extra light peach orange and passionfruit drink.
 
o gosh well im pre op as u prob know, but that doesnt seem alot at all!!!! could u maybe intriduce more protein?.....ooo actually ive just seen your surgery date, so maybe thats ok, oo sorry hun not been much use hey x
 
Sharron, concentrate on the liquids for a while. If you can make sure you've constantly got a drink by your side and your sipping as much as you can... At the moment the drinking is the most important thing...

Also i saw you are struggling with fortimel, why not have milky coffees with a bit of dried milk in them too so as to boost your protein and calcium intake :)
 
thought i would join in too!!

Brekkie- 1 weetabix semi skimmed milk
Dinner- 1 activia fat free yoghurt
Tea- 1/2 tin of heinz tomato soup
supper- the other half of the tin!

Snack - pot sugar free jelly
Drinks - 3 pints of Nas squash

I seem to have got my appetite back now, i am not sure if i am eating too much now!

B - porridge with s/s milk
lunch - latte
evening - half a bowl of soup then two tablespoons of low fat yoghurt
cup of tea

Snack melon
L cottage cheese
D steak brocoli and carrots
Snack#Raspberries
